Delivery charges are shown for UK mainland only.  Any other destinations will need to be quoted separately.

All of our goods are UK manufactured, unless otherwise stated. Most items are kept in stock but some may need to be produced specially.  You will be notified if there is to be a delay.

Most of the images on this site are of the actual goods.  In some cases we may have used a substitute image until we have a satisfactory replacement.   

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (VAT will be added at the prevailing rate). We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

Payment can be made by any major credit card except American Express. Payment will be debited from your account within approximately 3 days of you placing your order.  Please remember there may be some delay if your item is not in stock. We will take all reasonable care, in as far as it is within our powers to keep your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we can not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties other than for delivery of the goods. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the dispatch date (at your cost), providing it is not damaged in any way.

If the goods delivered are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity,
Tractor-Panels.co.uk shall have no liability to you unless you notify it in writing of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.  

If payment for your goods has been taken prior to their despatch, then you will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. They will be held at your own risk and Tractor-Panels.co.uk will not be liable for their loss or destruction.  However, if your goods have been sent to you with a Payment by return invoice, then the goods remain the property of Tractor Panels Ltd until they have been paid for in full.

Severance: If any part of these condition is unenforceable (including any provision in which Tractor-Panels.co.uk excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other parts of these condition will not be affected.

NOTHING IN THE ABOVE, AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
